    • Hi, Jason. We are eating a balanced diet of healthy “normal” foods. We also utilize some high protein, high quality, non-GMO shakes that ensure we are getting the proper nutrition. We monitor our daily caloric intake and workout a minimum of 4 days a week (usually about an hour of heavy cardio – nothing too crazy). We combine this with mental toughness coaching, and the balance between a realistic food and exercise program and working on the mental side of this is what is making this both sustainable and successful for us.
